Free delivery is applicable on all orders within a 50 km radius of our main distribution centers. A minimum order of 40 boxes is required.

–      Cape Town

–      Port Elizabeth

–      East London

–      Durban

Delivery fees in outlying areas will be calculated depending on the location.

Orders placed on Monday to Wednesday will be delivered within 48 hours.

Orders placed on a Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

A minimum order of 40 boxes applies.

Off-loading:

There might be some challenges with off-loading at certain premises. You can be assured that we take the best of care to have this done right.

• Pinnacle Paper will off-load the order at one location unless arranged, specified and approved in advance.
• The delivery location would require sufficient space for the delivery vehicle to safely unload.
• We are not able to support desktop or box drop services.
• Should an entry code / approval be required for the delivery driver to enter the premises, please arrange this in advance.
